Subject: Anyone ever order from SpandexDepot.com? Date: 1/22/13 9:58 PM Hello, I am crazy about making gymnastics leotards and saw some really cool looking fabrics on spandexdepot.com. I am just wondering if anyone has ordered from that site before and if they are any good? It doesn't let you place an order online, they ask for your phone number only and then they say they will contact you. I am just not sure how I feel about that because I have never ran into a website that calls YOU for an order rather than you just running it through online. I did a search for reviews on that site but nothing came up. Please let me know, thanks everyone!
Sorry for the confusion, I wrote fabricdepot in the topic but meant to write spandexdepot and I can't figure out how to change it now :(

Date: 1/23/13 0:37 AM I just did an order from them last week. I'm overseas so they had to quote my shipping which turned out to be a good price IMO. However, I've noticed that they've done something to their website and it doesn't have any on-line order capability right now. I think that something has happened cos it certainly wasn't like that last week (Friday) when I ordered.
I have emailed them to ask so maybe hold off for a day or two?
Edit: Wait a minute....which website are we talking about?? You say Fabric Depot in your title but I just noticed your post says spandexdepot??  My order was done on-line at Fabric Depot in Portland, OR.

Date: 1/23/13 0:46 AM Try the sewing store reviews you can access on the Home Page. Find the Sewing Store Reviews on the left-hand side of the middle set of blocks. After clicking on More Store Reviews at the bottom of that block, select Keyword (at the top of the page) and type, Fabric Depot into the box. Several reviews will show up for you to read. ------
