Date: 1/24/13 10:45 AM I ordered from them once, apparently they did not have all my items in stock, they did not email me when I asked them where my order was and I ended up having to file a paypal claim to get my money back.
It may have just been a fluke, but I never even got a note from them explaining what happened. ------

I order from them fairly often and I get my stuff quickly and without any problem.
Having said that... I once forgot to ship something for 2 weeks myself, so it's not outside the realm of possibility! ------

Sure, I could understand that... IF they had answered my email to ask where my order was. I really assume that when you messed up you wrote to the customer to explain/apologize. I got nothing. And I know they were aware of it because after I did the paypal claim they, the vendor, immediately released my money back to me.------
