I know I've recently seen something like that somewhere...
There is an older ETSY: Simplicity 9200, but you would have to extend the top down.

But maybe you could extend the front of the corner of the bodices of a button-up sleeveless blouse to be able to create that knot, instead?

I have a RTW like that.
They just used a regular shirt pattern and tucked 2 long tie ends under the bottom edges of the shirt placket, elasticized the hem just up to the placket edges. Cut your own pieces shaped like a long leaf.

You could also copy the tie ends if you have a "flutter" cardigan pattern, where the fronts fall longer. Cut the tie pieces separate to save on fabric.

thanks for the tips!
The back of the butterick pattern shows what the tie front extensions look like. Shouldn't be too difficult to add onto an existing shirt pattern!

Thanks! The Simplicity pattern has a back yoke which is a nice feature. It's quite a bit wider at the hem than the equipment shirt though.
