Date: 1/28/13 9:48 AM I have had this lovely thin bamboo knit for awhile and just decided to make Vogue 1261 (Alice+Olivia tunic) with it. I just realized it is four-way stretch and the pattern calls for moderate stretch knits only. Anyone know of an appropriate pattern? |

Date: 1/28/13 1:56 PM I think you can make Vogue 1261 in the fabric you're describing. |

Date: 1/28/13 3:07 PM If you do use the bamboo knit, go down a size or two because of the increased stretch in the fabric. That bamboo should give you some great draping for this pattern. ------ Judy |

Date: 1/28/13 7:33 PM I just made this pattern, view A with the raglan sleeves. The sleeves seems to have twisted on me-I have wrinkles on the sleeve. I need to explore the reason for this but I think it is due to the raglan. I used a moderately stretch material. The sizing seemed pretty accurate. It went together really well. I bet it would be very nice in a bamboo knit.
I will make it again. HTH |

Date: 1/28/13 11:06 PM I made view C...I love the top but I think the pattern runs a little big. You might want to consider going down a size. |
