Lekala Web site issue couldn't get any patterns during last couple of days

I tried to order some patterns since the 26th, I tried everyday, but I didn't get any email yet. is where I ordered.Here

One of the files was damaged and wouldn't open. I reported it, and it was fixed and resent within hours. Very nice service. Ah...just noticed that we used different websites. I used Lekala.co BTW...I'm sewing one of the patterns now - 4158 The paper tiles went together very nicely. I compared the pattern to a couple of other brands - StyleArc and Jalie - and the similarities were very reassuring. Before was all good. I could get my pattern email in an hour. Not this time. That's why I thought the website has problems. The title of your post asks about Lekala but your link is to a site called Leko. Could this be the problem? I came across Lekala on Craftsy and have been considering ordering one to try. I'm glad to know they have good service. I think I'll order soon.

But the problem is when I avtivate my password first time I put my hotmail box as the primary one. I star to order the patterns couple weeks ago, all the pattern was sent to my hotmail box, it is no problem. Until this weekend. As I tried with my gmail box last night, I still get nothing.

I used my G mail wrote to your customer service this morning, and then I get back very fast. I guess its hotmail cause the whole trouble. I just wrote to your customer service again to switch my email. I really appreciate for your help. By the way I love most of the new patterns that you put on the web site. I made a couple already, the fit is just beautiful.
