Would anyone like to share their experience?
Thanks!! |

2 members like this. Date: 2/1/13 1:28 AM Style Arc's customer service is excellent. I joined their "club" several months ago because I knew I'd be buying several of their patterns. I had a long wish-list. And they are so well reviewed here on PR. When I joined I got a free pattern and a "gift". I ordered a few more patterns at the discount (is it 10% off?) because it makes more sense to do that and save on postage. When my package arrived it included some fabric - bengaline - and I wondered "what the heck??" I wrote to Chloe telling her I thought they'd made a mistake. She told me the bengaline was my "gift"! There was enough to make a pair of pants! Very generous. Then recently they had a special sale for members of the "club" where you could order up to five patterns for 50% off. I took full advantage. I find them to be very helpful and generous. I would say I got my money's worth and then some. |

I've been placing orders practically monthly; I keep a running wish list on a post-it next to my computer. ------ “Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and it annoys the pig.” -Robert Heinlein and Ann's father. Where are we going, and what am I doing in this handbasket?

Date: 2/1/13 8:22 AM I joined last May as I realized I would be ordering monthly, lol. I think the discount and the special offers have made this well worth what it cost. Love Style Arc! ------ Pfaff Performance 5, a few Berninas, several vintage multiple manufacturers. Love all my machines!

Date: 2/1/13 8:09 PM I agree with all of the positive comments. Chloe, Lyn, and Liz offer outstanding customer service - even when I ask stupid questions! I just renewed my membership for another year. Very worthwhile.....and very fun to receive the perks. |
