changing a sleeve

It is easiest if you have a pattern for a top with a similar armhole and that pattern has the kind of sleeve you want. You can simple use that sleeve. The other option is drafting a new sleeve. Above these message boards you should see a set of links. One of them is Search Board. Click on it. You will get a box to enter your search term (sleeve), indicate whether you want to look in the titles or messages for your term, choose all forums or I suggest you select the Pattern Modifications....Drafting to narrow the choices.
