Date: 2/6/13 11:36 AM I have a Brother QC-1000 which I bought April 2012 - fabulous machine - does all I want and more. I've had to use the fine adjustment to get the stitches to match - using the speech bubble shape as a guide. Initially problems solved - but over time I['ve needed to increase the vertical adjustment - now it's at it's limit and the patterns aren't matching.
Help?! |

Date: 2/6/13 11:37 AM Sounds like your dealer needs to do internal adjusting to reset your machine's balance. ------ I heart Panzy, Pfaff Creative Performance, the sewing machine love of my life! Most of all, I heart Woo (HimmyCat). Until we meet again, my beautiful little boy. I love you. |

Date: 2/6/13 12:01 PM Have you ever had the machine serviced? An authorized Brother dealer should be able to troubleshoot this for you. Take samples of the stitching to show them what is happening.

Date: 2/7/13 3:48 AM Thanks. I'm going to talk to the Brother dealer today (closed yesterday) and thanks for the reminder to take samples with me. Hoping he'll say it can be looked at soon and won't take long - can't cope with the thought of not having my machine in the house |

Date: 2/7/13 9:36 AM Also tell your dealer what adjustments you made, so they can set them back to factory settings prior to making internal adjustments. ------ Janome10001, Babylock ESG3, Brother ULT 2001, White 634D serger, Pfaff 1472, Singer featherweight, Singer 14T957Dc, Bernina FunLock 009DCC coverlock, Brother PQ1500S, Janome CP900. |

Date: 2/8/13 3:38 AM Thanks - I will. I'm taking the machine to the dealer this morning for them to have a look at - fingers crossed they can sort it so I can get on with my current projects. |
