McCalls 6544 - Missing 2 pattern pieces, please help!

I double checked all the pattern tissue and I do not see these pieces anywhere. Anyone else have this pattern and have this problem? Better yet, does anyone have this pattern and could provide me the measurements for these 2 pieces? They appear to be rectangle shaped so I would really appreciate any help here!
