In the Preparations section on your manual, page 12:

Stitch width or stitch positioning
Increase or decrease the stitch width using the +
and - buttons.

For straight stitches, use the + and - buttons to
change the stitch position.

What Karen said; the left and right plus and minus symbols on the touch wheel, for 29 different needle positions.

I heart Panzy, Pfaff Creative Performance, the sewing machine love of my life!
And Baby (Enlighten serger), Victor (BLCS), Ash (B350SE-Artwork), Kee (B750QEE-Panzy's BFF), Georgie (B560-Kee's baby sister) and the Feather-Flock!

Most of all, I heart Woo (HimmyCat). Until we meet again, my beautiful little boy. I love you.

On the 1.5 everything is crammed onto the screen and the +/- is on the touchwheel for that model. For the 1.0, the +/- is the top button to the right of the screen.

I was just considering buying a Pfaff Ambition 1.5 today and had heard that Pfaff manuals aren't the best so I looked up the manual on line to see. The manual I found is for both the Ambition and the Ambition 1.5 and while it's brief I was able to find the answer to your question , it's the - + button on the top to the right of your view screen. Just like the above post says.
