Kwik Sew sizing Maternity top

I bought Kwik Sew 3487 for my daughter and I'm not sure what size to use (and I'm sewing long distance). She has a high bust of 35.5 and full bust of 38.5. I'm thinking a medium? If she is between short and average, you might consider shortening the pattern by about 3/8" across the upper chest, through the middle of the armhole.
