Adding princess darts to an existing blouse

A "contoured" dart is a dart which has slightly curved (to the inside) dart legs as opposed to straight dart legs. Contoured darts give you a much better fit and are often applied under the bust area. If you take out the fabric as suggested in the other post and mark the sides of the dart, you will see, that they are slightly curved! My main concern is getting the darts in exactly the right place on each side so that they are even. Do I just pin out one side and then use it as kind of a "pattern" for the other side?
