a pattern not in the database adding a pattern not in the database to my catalog

I did manage once to find some reviews of it. Is there some way I can enter the pattern into my catalog? I even have a scan of the cover. By the way, it was Simplicity 4183Everybody Craft Coat ------ Rob

If you have the photo, there is a box to add it there also.
