Help with a "design feature" To fix a cutting error

Made a dumb, dumb, dumb cutting error and ended up having to piece a couple of godets. So I will have an 8 panel skirt with godets, 2 godets have had to be pieced. The question is where to place the pieced godets? Both in the back? One in front and one in the back? They will not be particularly noticeable as the skirt is very full. I have two more pieces to make tops - lovely pink and teal. We are attempting to upgrade our practice look for when we hit the bigger studios for lessons. Our workout clothes are fine in the old hall we rent by ourselves, but we are feeling it is time to kick it up a notch. I messed around with the pattern for ages to get it to fit the mere 3 yds. I bought. Good thing I am short. At some point I decided I could make it easily without flipping the pattern pieces for the gores every other one and since I didn't make 4 pattern pieces (sigh! So dumb...) by the time I got to the end I barely squeaked out the gores and 3 sets of godets. Anyway, it will be very full around the bottom and the two little seams will be lost in the folds, so you and I and the other 300,000 PR members will be the only ones who know about it! ------ http://bgballroom.wordpress.com to follow the progress on my next ballgown.

I take it you are documenting this on your blog -- haven't checked in for awhile -- guess I have to go take a look. And I do get the "official" practice gear -- it gets to the point when an athlete (skaters, dancers, gymnasts, etc.) needs to present a competition image not just a performance image.
