I'm trying to make my BL Enlighten do a rolled hem on quilters weight cotton. I have the settings correct but my results are very wide, like almost a 1/4 inch wide! I have successfully serged rolled hems before, what am I doing wrong this time? Any insight?

I assume that you verified that you are using the needle in the right hand location? and the stitch width?
Is your knife up or down?

Needle is only in the right hand, knife is engaged. The needle position was the first thing I thought of, butI have it right.

The fabric maybe too stiff to roll.

Make sure your stitch LENGTH selection is in the "Rolled Hem" numbers (I believe they have grey around them) and not the standard stitch length selection.
