I've looked at every pattern I have, Burda magazines back to 2000 and every place else I can think of. Has anyone seen a pattern that is even close to this Burberry raincoat? I remember seeing something close and can't find it.

Silhouettes #1925 is a copy of a Burberry trench. On the webcast, Peggy says she copied a Burberry. I'm sure she would help you adapt the coat to what you wanted.

On her webcasts, she also has Trenchcoats 1 and 2.

I can remember MissCelie making a coat which was similar .

Review of Trench coat .

Having read her review again I realise it was the fact that the pattern had one gun flap and Miss C made two. I guess you could combine this with a single breasted trench pattern ?

It's single breasted, more like a cross between a balmacan and a trench. It has that stand, that's called something I don't remember, that is high enough to have two large hooks on it. I have Silhouettes pattern I don't like her sizing and the coat is also double breasted.

What about this one? You could add the features, tweak the sleeves, etc.

Thank you! I never looked at the line drawings of that Simplicity pattern. It's perfect!

This one has the collar I am looking for and I have that issue. Since I don't want the lapels I should be able to redraft to a single breasted coat.
