how to use collapsible shoulder? Got my first real dressform-PGM602

It came assembled, but I can't seem to figure out how to use the collapsible shoulders. I've seen other people push the shoulders in, and in & release to pop them out. I don't know why but that doesn't work on this one... ANyone else with PGM 601/602 that can help me? You should feel it give a little, whether they are already collapsed or not, since you push them in in either case--to collapse or to release. I doubt you can damage if it is not collapsible, but looking at their site, I can't see that they make women's forms that are not collapsible. He hit both at the same time, firmly, with his palms/wrists. ------ I have not yet begun to procrastinate

And the thing came all assembled by the vendor in the Fashion District in LA. There were no other parts I had to assemble myself. Still no luck. Did you get it from PGM or through a 3rd party? Perhaps you could check your order to see if there was a mix-up. Does anyone else have a collapsible form that does not say 'collapsible' on the lower front?
