Does anyone have a source for inexpensive water soluble stabilizer that isn't in bulk?

It can be the clear film kind or the thicker kind that looks more like sewing stabilizer.

I'm actually not using it for embroidery right now (I usually use it as a topper) but for quilting "air" space- so design thickness isn't really an issue, it doesn't need a certain weight.

I'm just hoping to find a source cheaper than Joanns.

Try amazon.com - it is $5.00 cheaper per 12" X 9' roll (Sulky) and they have others. I have ordered several sewing notions and stabilizers from Amazon and got good prices. There is also embstore.com and also discountembroiderysupply.com - they also have good sales/prices.
Hopefully this helps:)
