I want to make a really high waisted pencil skirt with a waistline like this but don't know how to adapt a standard pencil skirt pattern to get the fit.
If anyone knows of a pattern with a very high waist that goes up to a 22-24, I'd be happy to just buy it. Otherwise, how can I alter a pattern?

When you previewed the link, did you get to the page? I didn't and I think it's because you have two "https" there.

If you Google "how to draft a pattern for high-waisted pencil skirt" you will get a few hits.
Cute skirt. I wish you success.

I just watched an episode of Its Sew Easy where they demonstrated use of boning to support the high waist .... you might want to check it out on their website.

The pencil skirt in Gertie's book is high-waisted, and I believe she includes instructions for adding boning.
