Don't know if anyone else has trouble changing material on dress doubles, but it is causing me fits. It is the first one I have ever had, so don't know if it is just me, or not. The covering material on the double catches every thing I put on her and makes it difficult to adjust my pattern. I have wondered if their is a cover out there I could put on her, or mabe someone has made one?

You can make one or for something quick just put a tight fitting shirt on it. They do sell covers that are for store display dummy's made from slinky fabric that you could buy.

I just recoverd mine with t-shirt knit and I think that the next time I will use lycra. I agree withe mgmsrk1 it is just like making a t-shirt but sew the armholes closed.

I just covered my dress form. I used layers of batting for my "under fluff" and pinned them down into the dress form. Then I did one layer of poly batting over all to hold it all in. I also put a zipper into the back of my new cover. It all worked great. I feared it all coming undone but it worked fine.
