I just received an email from WAWAK announcing new products for sale. One of the items is Bridal Fitting Clips. I am wondering if these could be used for quilting like the clips be Clover? They are very reasonably priced.

Thoughts?

I don't see why not. That is a great price too.

I don't see a reason either why they couldn't.

I'm having a really hard time seeing the back of the white clip on the white background, but it looks like the clip is symmetrical. The clover clips are flat on one side, which I think would be less bulky for machine sewing something like a binding. For hand sewing bulk would make no difference - of course, I use cheap hair clips for thathair clips.

I have, btw, used the hair clips for machine sewing, but they tend to snag on the edge of the table (the downward curve make the table reach up and grab them).

Edited to add: Clover clips are cheaper in bulk if you need a lot of them
