I have a Coverpro CP1000 and have bought the generic binder from the shop on ebay. I have had a couple of forays into binding (yes, a person can spend a whole weekend unpicking uneven binding stitches) and I realised I would be a lot better off with a partially transparent foot, but the Janome one looks as if it would be too long to use with the binder. (I bought the shorter, binder foot when I got the generic binder).

Has anyone had any experience with this combination of items, or made it work in any other way? I would really appreciate some guidance.

I use the centre guide foot with the rudder removed and generic binders.

The Coverpro board would be a better place to ask your question. It's the first pinned topic on the list of threads for the Sergers, Coverstitch and Blindhemmers.
