has anyone used this baby rib knit from Fabric.com? I am wondering whether it has good recovery and is a nice fine rib and light summer weight.

Assuming by the time I get a swatch it could be all gone, or close. Oh, and I'm cheap.

TIA,
Liz

I don't have any of the fabric.com rib knit, but it's been my experience that rib knits don't have much recovery unless there is a hint of lycra.

Ann at sewbaby.com has rib knits with lycra. Check the home page, she's having a sale right now.

I have some of that baby rib knit. Its pretty light weight so it has a nice drape. As for recovery it pretty much has none. If you want a loose fitting tee it might be ok but I wouldn't use it for a tee that was more form fitting and needed to have some shape and recovery.
