They seem so helpful when you call and have good prices too. Sounds like they are a huge Jenome dealer. What is your experience?

They're great. I've ordered from them. Some people have had to call and track down a missing piece or two but they seem to always follow up pretty quick.

I've bought a few Janome machines, a Juki machine and a few Horn sewing cabinets from Ken's over the years. I've also visited their store in Muscle Shoals, AL. They are always extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great place to shop. Over the years I have purchsed a few machines, some accessories and thread from them. Usually fast to ship and friendly when selling you something. However, I had an absolutely horrible experience with them servicing a machine I bought from them when it was still under warranty. The nearest dealer was 250+ miles away, so I had to ship it somewhere, so I sent it to them. I would buy from them again because they usually have the best prices, but I would never send them a machine for servicing.

I just ordered a Janome coverstitch from Ken's. It was delivered very quickly, no problem.

I ordered my Janome coverstitch from them and they couldn't have been nicer. Ordered on Sunday and had it before the end of the week!

One of the extra feet I ordered was on back order and they called me several times to let me know they hadn't forgotten me and were still waiting for them to come in.

Highly recommend!

Thanks for sharing ladies. I will order my first new machine and first Janome hopefully tomorrow. I have never sewed on a machine less than 25+ years old, so I am super excited!
