Does anyone know of a pattern for ladies' button fly jeans? I need some.

I did a quick search on etsy and found a vintage pattern. I think if you have any pattern with a traditional fly front, you can just add the buttonholes.
I saw a talk by Ron Collins (of Sandra Betzina fame) one time and he talked about adding the button fly, so maybe search for some stuff by him.
Vogue had some Calvin Klein patterns from the 70's that had classic jeans, they may have fly fronts.

I googled and saw some tutorials and other resources. Maybe some other members will come up with patterns.

I found this, but it's not nearly detailed enough for a spatially challenged person.

Out-of-print Burda 8704 has a button fly, though not concealed by the look of it (if that's what you wanted). You can probably get a copy on Ebay or Etsy. I think it's unlikely though that the instructions will be better/more comprehensive than Peter's.

Hmm...maybe his instructions would be clearer than mud to me if I had the actual pattern pieces in front of me. Just looking through his tutorial, it may as well have been written in Klingon.

You need to buy David Page Coffin's "Making Trousers" book. In it he shows how to convert any zipper fly pattern to be button closure instead. It's a fantastic book anyway, but I think that section alone will be worth the cost to you.
