I got a couple of yards of this beautiful double faced Italian wool from EOS - one side black and one lime green. It is a really cool fabric that begs to be made into a reversible jacket. Does anyone have any ideas of patterns? I was thinking of something 'Chanel' like. I thought that I could probably use lapped seams with this but any other ideas appreciated.

Either bind the raw edges, or use flat felled seams for the body and then carefully separate the two layers along the outside about 1/2" or so so that you can carefull put the raw edges between the layers. Top stitch or hand stitch closed.
I remember seeing this in a Thread's article, but just don't ask me which issue, which month or even which year (I think it was in the last 20 years, though LOL -- Edited on 6/6/05 9:43 AM --
