Ok not really a party, but Pal and I had a lot of fun, sewing up our very first ever quilt block!

The Levitating Larks were a lot of fun to do, they're my faves so far.

The fabrics...

The center...

The back (I'm a garment sewer, I press seams open! get over it! )

The back of le Star...(saving my best for last, keeping you all in suspenders! )

And a far from perfect but hey it's my first ever ...le Star!

I heart Panzy, Pfaff Creative Performance, the sewing machine love of my life!
And Baby (Enlighten serger), Victor (BLCS), Rupert (Pfaff 2023-knits expert) Ash (B350SE-Artwork), Kee (B750QEE-Panzy's BFF), Georgie (B560-Kee's baby sister) and the Feather-Flock!

Most of all, I heart Woo (HimmyCat). Until we meet again, my beautiful little boy. I love you.

Sweet! Although I'm concerned that you will enjoy this so much that you will have no clothes to wear.

First off, let me say your fabrics are luscious! Second, This is not the first block of a novice but the block of a great quilter in the making!

Looking good -- and it's blue (my fave colour).

You'd never know this is your first block -- you've been hooked!
