Simplicity Pre-Fall

Not a very big release, though the two retro patterns are too cute 1587 dress, and 1590 blouse.

There's a lot that I like this round of patterns. The retro patterns are cute, as well as the bag patterns, though I noticed that they're trying to get an Amy Butler vibe with one of them.

Overall, I thought it was a pretty lackluster collection, with the exception of the child's dress, 1596. As far as the adult patterns go, there's nothing there I find even mildly tempting.

Hmm... I wonder if the blouse will make me look as skinny as the pattern models.

Honestly, they must have had some internal organs removed.

I am loving 1587 (without the bow)

I've been itching for a Gunne Sax style prairie dress, and 1585 might work well for one.

Nothing else really calling to me, but IMO this is the best of the fall releases so far.

I like 1587 too Ambersim. I can see it being a very nice holiday dress.

I liked the raglan sleeves on the 1585 and the retro blouse looked cute. I ususally write down the ones I want as I leaf through the new ones, but this time I only wrote two!

I like the Amazing Fit dress. Also the peplum in 1590 is interesting, wonder if the flat part in the front will be flattering for a bigger tummy.
