Subject: Embellishment ideas Date: 2/7/06 7:34 AM Kenneth,
I have terrible taste. Yes, I admit it and am basically a "copier" because I can do that much better than thinking up my own designs.
Can you provide lots of suggestions in this class if we lack the natural creative inspiration? ------ Big 4 Pattern size 12, RTW bottom: 6, RTW jacket 8, RTW top (no size fits me well!)
Measurements: 34 HB/36 FB (34C bra)/27.5/36 (and working hard to keep it that way.)
Machines: Sewing (Janome Memory Craft 3000), Serger (Pfaff Hobbylock 786), Embroidery (Janome 300E)
Pearls of Wisdom that I'm forever repeating to my kids:
- You wouldn't care what people think of you, when you realize how little they do.
- Look where you're going, not where you've been.

Sure! There are some photos in the lessons, and you can go to my web site, which is www.kennethdking.com to see other ways I've used this method....

Subject: Class Supplies Date: 10/19/09 3:31 PM Hello Kenneth,
After attending your presentations and observing your classes at the 2008 Alaska Fiber Festival, I've been wanting to take an embellishment class from you. My first question is, will we either receive a bag of necessary supplies (I'm most definitely be willing to pay for this if available) or a supply list right away? I live 130 miles from shopping possibilities. And the second question, do you have an email address to send copies of photos of you from the AK Fiber Festival? Thank you, Kirstie |

There will be a supply list (it should already be posted) but no kit. I'm posting a site below with catalog numbers, so you can get the trim:
http://www.ginstrim.com
In their pages, you'll see "Trims I", Trims III", and "Trims IV".
In "Trims I"--number 1098 is the one I use in the lessons. Another good one is #1080
In "Trims III"--#1300, 1312, 1339, and 1380
In "Trims IV"-- any in this page are applicable
That should get you the source you need to purchase the trims... |

Don't forget the "D" (as in Diva), because the other Kenneth King gets testy when he gets my email... |
