Does anyone know where to find molded swimsuit cups in larger sizes, for example something that would fit a 32 G or H? I'd like to sew for my daughter to give her more options than the expensive RTW suits online but am having trouble locating a source. Thanks in advance for any leads.

I have not seen any. The high end bra makers who also make swim suits build proper bras into their suits and don't use those cup things.

I'm a 34M/N, even the largest cups I have found look like nursing pads on me.

If you can make a pattern from her existing bras, you can use poly laminate foam from sewsassy.com to make them in her size.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had considered using the foam inserts from an old bra until I read on a discussion board that the foam may not perform the way it should when wet. I'm going to order the poly laminate foam and see what I can do with it.

You might try bra makers supply in Hamilton, ON. I have never shopped with them, but have read good reviews about them. They have a web site: www.bramakerssupply.com
They carry something called a balconette cup that is for swimwear.

Thanks for the information. I checked their site and found they carry swimsuit cups for a 32G. Between the poly laminate foam and the molded cups, I think I'll be able to make a few different styles.
