I couldn't find this anywhere in the U.S., so I ordered it from http://www.sewessential.co.uk/ after reading that some other people had ordered from them. It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly.

Good luck!

Have you check Amazon?

I also previously found that http://www.sewessential.co.uk was the best place to find it reasonably priced and had ordered from them successfully. That Amazon vendor wants way too much ($12.05/meter!). I have since visited the U.K. and was lucky enough to buy and bring back boxes of the stuff in both white and charcoal. It's a great product.

Yup, Vilene seam tape is not sold in the US by anyone I've found. You can get the same kind of products, though - steam-a-seam light tape, Emma Seabrook sells a similar product, and I think Judy Barlup sells something called Japanese tailoring tape which is similar.

I never thought about buying it in tape form. I order sticky Vilene from AnEmbroideredAffair.com by the yard and use my quilting ruler and rotary cutter to lop off strips of it. I love that stuff.
