Thank you for the timely link. We stopped in for a first visit to The Common Thread while we were in Austin yesterday. Wonderful shop and I will be writing a review. She had an Italian linen and silk blend that should be wonderful for our climate so I asked my husband to pick out a color in the linen/silk for a shirt as well as a very nice cotton for a 'practice' shirt. I'll be sure to check out Pam's blog before I get started.
