If you were making a jacket (blazer type not outer) out of this fabric, which way would you have the stripes go? Horizontal or vertical?

You want the stretch to go around you.

The stripe is subtle..nearly a solid so you can just let the stretch guide you.

A pretty fabric.

With only 10% stretch I'd use it which ever way works best with the pattern and personal preference.
