Well I was SO excited yesterday when my Oct In Style mag came, the one that covers their annual:
"28 days of amazing Outfits" seesome previous years images.
Its my passion of late
to recreate ALL the past four years outfits....well 2010 had a Jan AND an Oct layout..... (I'm getting there LOL....quite a lot sewn up already)
But I of course am dreaming up THIS years collection. First up, one of the key pieces is the Rachel Roy dress : link here
with that angled neckline which i KNOW have seen a similar pattern for in the Big Four
Or was it Burda Style mag?
I have been wanting to make an emerald green ponte knit dress for a while and this will fit the bill
Thank you for looking I went cross eyed last night browsing all the pattern websites
Its hiding !!
------ .....Behold, a wonder did appear;
Amazement was my bliss.......

It's kinda reminscent of the Roland Mouret Galaxy dress, but it doesn't have the sticky-outy bits (!) that curve up from the bust. Definitely seems like the kind of thing that would be up Burda Style's alley...
BTW, that's a very cool project - good luck with making all the outfits!
