yeah, i think that i might be addicted to online block of the month programs. i was in one earlier this year at a local shop, but i have decided that i wanted to branch out into BoM groups online. i can't say that i am a big fan of taking a whole year to finish something, but it will give me some time to figure out what to do with them at least.

anybody else a little addicted?

if anybody is curious, here is what i am doing (i'm not into applique or embroidered on, so they are all just pieced):
sparkling gems from superior threads
cannery row from the quilt asylum
park bench from fat quarter shop
wishes quilt along from fat quarter shop

it doesn't matter what type of sewing you do. you are sewing, and sewing is good.

I'm, I think you are addicted to the. They are all pretty. How many do you think you will actually try to do?

I really enjoy quilting. I love to play with fabrics, colors and pictures. I recently discovered how much fun applique can be. As I love making pictures, landscape quilting can be challenging, but seeing the picture come to life is so rewarding.

Yeah! Looks like you found your groove! I like the park bench one, but Stars always look so cool

Never did a BOM but I bet it gives you time to do other projects?

Good luck, and in 6 months to 1 year you'll have 4 Lovely Quilts done!

Lelliebunny - Yep, this is really good actually you'll have 4 beautiful quilts and will never get bored with one quilt. Addicted or not I think you are having fun, there is nothing wrong with that!

Nothin' wrong with a bit of addiction. These will keep you out of trouble for awhile!

Yeah, they don't take too long when they are one block at a time. Plenty of time to work on other projects especially because these will ship to me at different times throughout the month. If you are too busy one month, you can just let them wait. :)

I think I am most excited for Cannery Row and Park Bench.
