I just realized that I never started a topic here about the Winter Street Dress.

Blog announcement

Blog Tour Part 1

And finally Blog Tour Part 2

There is so much inspiration in all the dresses our testers sewed that I thought it might be fun to do a little contest. Very simple. Just sew up your own version either straight from the pattern or add your own twist to it like some of our testers did. Then either write a review or post it on your blog and post a link either here or on PR Blog Post.

When the contest ends, we will ask our testers to vote. One lucky winner will get all 3 past PatternReview Patterns - Summer Street Dress, Rock n Roll Top, Annika A-Line Dress

AND

Fabric from Emma One Sock and Sawyer Brook Fabrics to make more Winter Street Dresses :)

Good idea to start this thread:)
This dress has been a creative sewists dream because there have been lots of wonderful versions. I hope more versions pop up

From the above quote I assume that this contest will not be open to general voting?

Hi Renata,

That's correct. We will ask the 13 testers who tested the Winter Street Dress to vote on the entries.

You can see the dresses they made here and here.

I kept the date May 15th because I knew some of us will be away for PRW. Jacqui I hope you'll finish yours before that so we can take photos. I should remind Sherril to bring hers too.

It's finished enough to bring. I still need to add some belt loops but I'm trying to get other sewing done.

Belt loops is a great idea. Did this fit you better than the Summer Street Dress? I lowered the waist seam on this one.
