Hi, Sarah --

Instead of a collar, I wanted to face the neckline of this pattern:

Marfy 1913

I measured it so it fit the neckline post-gather measurement, but it wound up being not wide enough between the armholes. (It fit as if there were no gathers anywhere, so was just way too small.) I just cut a bunch of slashes in it to make it work. I consider it a wearable muslin so am not too concerned, but would like to know how to draft a facing for this style correctly. Do you cover this in the class?

Thanks -- Barbara
