I had the experience of ordering a few items from this website recently, after all, they make everything look so good and the prices are decent. However, the first of the items arrived Friday and when I tried them on, they were several sizes too small!
Today I contacted their customer service to ask for a return label I was told they don't allow returns!
I can't believe it! What a rip. As far as I can see there is no notice anywhere on their website stating that policy.
So, this is your warning in case you're ever tempted.

one more vote in the sewing column ...

Seriously though thanks for sharing. I get their emails and have been sorely tempted more than once. I've never ordered though.

I didn't know about this company, so I checked out the site. In their 'terms and conditions' link, it does say that they will "only accept returns on products that are identified on the Product information page as eligible for return or as provided in Section 2.6(c)." It also says they won't exchange anything. Period.

Frankly, I am not sure I have ever read more unwelcoming boilerplate at any other website. What an outfit!

Well then they are good for sewing inspiration. I have looked at their ads and wondered. It's nice to be forewarned because I have a bad habit of not reading all the fine print.

I have ordered a couple of times and had good experiences, but I have passed over quite a few really pretty things that were good deals because of the return policy. They are essentially an overstock reseller I believe, and they wait to ship until the end of the sale for a particular batch or brand, so it takes forever to get your order! However, if you do find a brand whose sizing you know and trust, the deals are pretty awesome!

The no-returns policy is what keeps me from shopping there. It doesn't matter if the deal is good or not, if it doesn't work that's money down the drain.
