Date: 8/18/05 5:39 PM I want to buy Jan Bones' shelf bra camisole pattern. She doesn't have online ordering and I hate ordering by snail mail. Does anyone know of an online vendor who sells this pattern? |

Date: 8/18/05 9:22 PM I can't wait for your review, I have that pattern sitting here calling my name. I think with different straps it would also be good for a tankini top. ------ My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since. |

1 member likes this. Date: 8/22/05 2:14 AM Bra-Makers Supply also sells Jan Bones' patterns, as well as her books and videos, I believe.
They also sell all the fabrics, findings and notions for making bras and lingerie, at good prices and with excellent service, in my experience.
They are, admittedly, in Canada, which can cause shipping slowness to the US, but they do carry more of Jan's patterns. I haven't bought her patterns from them (I bought the ones I have directly from Jan at a sewing expo), but I do like the company lots! ------ what if the hokey-pokey really IS what it's all about? |

I seem to recall it was Fabricline, but I made a Google search for the pattern I wanted and found the lowest price that way. To buy from Jan, you print out the order form and ring her. I don't know why she doesn't get a fax machine...
Good luck working with her. I emailed her about international shipping cost for one pattern, and never got a reply. Perhaps it was lost in cyberspace, tho'.

Date: 8/23/05 3:24 AM Ah, an order from Fabricline to take advantage of a single shipping charge on patterns and high-end performance fabrics! How I envy you but nasty customs duties prevent me from ordering fabric. What did you get? ------ DD Jan 2010, DS Aug 2011: busy!

Date: 8/24/05 3:34 AM Sounds pretty! Since it's Fabricline it should really be deep purple, unlike the "amethyst" power dry we both bought from a large online supplier. That stuff was a sickly purple off-white!
