Tassels bring life, motion, and weight to any project. However, buying tassles can be expensive. Kenneth will show you how to make a tassel out of readily-available materials, and customize it to your project. This is a hands-on class, where I cover how to make tassels out of chainette fringe, which is readily available in most fabric stores. After making the basic tassel, we will make a two-level tassel, and finish by making a bead cage around the knob of the tassel.
