Loved this class, so far have two jacket patterns that really fit, shannon has been so helpful, and has said that she will continue to support. Am looking forward to sewing the real jacket up, would look forward to any other classes she offers

I loved this class. It was very informative. Shannon seemed to love what she was doing and she knows her stuff. As soon as I have the time, I'll finish the muslin. I printed all the lessons and chats for future reference

This is my first class with PatternReview, and I was very pleased with it. The overall format of the class was excellent, well planned and flexible to the needs of the students. The lessons were delivered on time. The lessons were easy to understand, and the photos were exceptional. The instructor answered all my questions, and more. Once you helped me with the class' password, it was smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend this class to a friend. I would welcome the next class in which we actually take fashion fabric now that our muslins are perfect. Shannon's class was a great review of things that I had learned, but never actually had done, like making a muslin--after this, making a muslin is a must, and in the long run, I'm convinced it's a time saver. Once again Shannon presented a wonderful class. I am working my way through all of her classes and have so far been thrilled with each of them and this one is no exception. She provides a tremendous wealth of printed material with numerous photos in each lesson. And the best part of her classes is that she is so accessible to her students. She has very speedy replies to student questions on the class boards, and always with patience and lots of encouragement. I would highly recommend this class. Thank you Shannon for sharing your wealth of sewing knowledge.

Shannon Gifford is such a pleasantly warm and informative instructor. Her dedication to the students and their needs is stupendous. She is an excellent instructor whose ability to explain the lessons clearly, solve a wide array of questions with concise answers and rapid response that raises the confidence level of any sewist - beginner to advanced. Although I had to just stop short of finishing my muslin, I can tell you that I know so much more about fitting than I came to the class with. I look forward to taking another class with Shannon Gifford when I have more time. I attended 2 of the chats, and they were excellent as well. As far as recommending this or any of her classes to a friend - let's just say if your even slightly interested in any of the topics she has to offer, you can't afford not to take her class - it's that good!!!!

I loved this class. Even though I wasn't able to attend any of the chats (due to schedule conflicts) I learned so much from the lessons and reading the message board. Shannon does a terrific job of writing her lessons. They are clear, concise and presented in a very logical way. She never leaves anything out and never skips anything. It is like she is right beside you the whole way.

I was reluctant to take an internet course but I was desperate for help with fitting. This class was many times better than my expectations. The course material was excellent with clear instructions, pertinent photos, and covered all the essentials plus more.Shannon answered all the questions asked and did so promptly. I think she checks the board every 15 minutes. Her answers to other students also helped me.

This class exceeded my expectations! Shannon responded several time a day on posts and is so knowledgable. I learned more than I imagined, documentation was great, class chats were great and I learned a lot from the posts of all of the classmates. I am planning on taking more of Shannon's classes. Great Teacher!!!! Thank you Deepika for this forum of classes!
