Patterns and CD Books
Once bought, Patterns and CD Books cannot be returned or exchanged unless wrong items were sent. If your order is returned to us because of insufficient or wrong address, we will deduct a 5% handling fee and shipping and give you a partial refund.

Sewing Classes

If you paid via PayPal or Credit Card, you can get a full refund of the class fee up to 15 days from the day you paid (provided the class has not begun). After 15 days or if the class has begun, we will charge a 5% fee from the payment and rest will be credited via PayPal/Credit Card.
If paying via check, you can get a 95% refund (a 5% fee will be deducted from the amount).

If you signed up for a class with kit and the kits have already been mailed out, you will not be entitled to a refund on the kit fee. Otherwise, the same rules apply for the kit fee.

Friends of PR Membership

Friends of PR Membership is recurring based on your plan (monthly - no longer offered, 6monthly or yearly). 10 days before a payment is due, you will get an e-mail to the e-mail address on your account informing you of the upcoming charge. That e-mail also has cancellation instructions. To cancel your Friends of PR subscription for the next period, you can also send an e-mail to support@patternreivew.com with "Cancel FoPR" in the subject line.

If you've been charged for the next period and you wish to cancel, please send us an email (support@patternreview.com) within 30 days of the charge and we will give you a full refund.
