I loved the pretty femanine tiers on the skirt. However, they were NOT fun to hem!!!

Pattern Description:
Misses dress in two lengths or tunic.
Pattern Sizing:
I usually make a size 8 but I made a size 6 because I wanted it a bit more fitted.
