I have made this jacket by Marcy Tilton about 5 times! It's a wonderful pattern for textile artists, because of the unique cut and the simple design, which allows you to show off your fabric. The wool crepe fabric was originally a beige color, but I dyed it using shibori (tie dye) techniques, applying turquoise, avocado, and purple dyes -- and came out with this vivid green and navy color.
