McCall's - 4779 wrap top
UPDATE:
After my aunt saw my green top, she asked me to make one for her. It's the same verion, but a medium. She chose the pink and burgundy patterned fabric. I'm not sure what it is exactly, it's sheer and has a very loose weave.
