This is the second book in the "Sew What!" series. (The first one was "Sew What! Skirts".)
I don't love fleece but I was pleasantly surprised by some of the projects in this book. They actually make fleece look fashionable, and the projects are very simple with patterns that you draft yourself.

My review is for the third ediition. There is now a fourth edition available. I can't comment on the differences because I haven't seen the newer one.

This is a CD-ROM. Other reviewers sometimes refer to it as a DVD, but it's not. It's a CD with video clips. There is a large amount of video--it's like taking a workshop with an accompanying color booklet and handouts.
