Pattern Description: Built By Wendy Misses Shirt and Sash. View A has long sleeves and a tie collar, view B has short, bias-cut sleeves and a tie sash. I made view B.
Pattern Sizing: 12-20. As usual, I traced a 16 for the upper parts, and an 18 from below the bust and down.
