Joann's had tulle on sale a few months ago...the good quality stuff.
I purchased yards and yards of it. Last count I had 12 nieces and each of them will expect a gift when I visit Ireland later this year. Besides I like to bring them gifts.
What to make that is cheap and easy: Dress up clothes.

An un pixeled altered rear view of the pants.
