EDITED 22 Oct '07 - Well Spotlight must have read my review because they have renovated this store into the new format. Everything is cleaner and well organised. They now carry the complete range of Guttermann thread including the silk thread.

For many years (pre-sewing) I have hated with a passion hanger loops in RTW. IMO, there is nothing worst that seeing a well-dressed woman (or badly-dressed) with the loops hanging on the outside. It's akin to having your g-string on display. So I have always cut the loops off when I get the purchase...more... |

This is an excellent book for sewers who have just purchased a serger/overlocker.
The explanations are easy to understand and the photos are very good. I have particularly found useful the section on different thread types.
