Pattern Sizing: 23 sizes, 20" - 46" waist.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy, except for pouch instructions.

Pattern Description: Adult Onesie.
Pattern Sizing: Accurate.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes. The picture on the front of the envelope is not very clear, however the line drawing on the back is.
